1991 f150 lariet 4x4 dual tanks - do i have an external fuel pump or not?

pretty sure my fuel pump is out.

First check the fuel filter,then the pump,s.

Both of them should not go out at same time,could be the fuel selector has gone bad,or the tank switch.
