Will a 2005 f250 5.4l 4wd automatic trans fit a
2006 2wd automatic 5.4l

4wd and 2wd transmissions have a different tail shaft (rear housing) so it will not work.

Yes it will all you have to do is switch over rear tail housing and put your 2wd bolted back up to your 5sp automatic I've done it
