Is there a special battery I need to buy for my 2006 Ford Fusion? Had to replace the battery and all the new models listed for my car are so tall that the hood won't shut.

Tell the auto parts store your problem and ask them to find a shorter battery. Some batteries come with a spacer so check yours and remove it if it has one.
