2003 f250 supper duty v10 wipers and wash out of the blue dont work but fuses are good

all of a sudden wipers and washer quite working fuses  are good what els coul
it be .

interior fuse panel #106 30 amp, #33 15 amp. both feed the wiper motor then power goes to the multifunction switch and washer pump. The wiper motor will shut off the washers also if it has a fault. It has a non serviceable module inside it that is exposed to the worst kinds of elements. Most likely failure is the motor itself.
