I replaced my battery and alternator and something is still draining the power

As long as I keep my foot on the gas it's good. As
soon as I take it off power drains and it shuts off.

If you take your foot off the accelerator pedal and the engine dies right away, that's not a battery or alternator issue. That sounds much more like a fuel or air issue. If an engine can't idle on it's own, try looking at the intake air control valve. Of course this opinion is based on limited info, if it is indeed an electrical issue, make sure to have the alternator load tested and ensure voltage regulator is working.
