What causes 95 C280 not to shift if transmission is ok and sensors have been replaced?

What sensors? Why do you say the transmission is ok?

The 1995 C280 transmission is not computer controlled, so like Ted, I am wondering what sensor you might have replaced??? And, who said the transmission was ok? Now, when you say “it won't shift” , do you mean it won't shift out of park into drive ,or it won't shift from 1st to 2nd to 3rd, etc.?
