If you have no leak it more than likely is still trapped air. Did you let master cylinder run dry, if so you need to bleed. Or maybe got air in back lines and need to bleed. Did you check all lines and hardware for leaks? You'll find it just takes time and search and searching!
I ran 5 bottles through it, it then took to a mechanic shot with a scan tool to activate abs and they ran 3 bottles through it and still has no pedal while running they don't know I don't know and charged me 300

Recheck calipers and make sure they are moving freely on guide pins. If just piston side of caliper is working that is why you have brake pedal with engine off but when you start vehicle and the outside pad is not working because caliper is not sliding on guide pins could be your problem.

Also make sure the pads are setted in correctly and not binding up.
If all things are sealed than I would lean toward bad master cylinder. The seals being bad and not allowing the cylinders to build pressure because of 'blow by'. If you can see there may be fluid where pedal goes into master cylinder, under dash, but not always is this the case. Let us know what u find...curious!
I have a 2006 Chevy equinox.driver side headlight stop working .I replaced the bulb still won't work .dim lites are very dim also what's wrong
Just had this issue. Turned out I had the calipers on the wrong sides. The bleed valve should be at the top.
