just bought 92 toyota pickup 22re an replaced starter an it just starter just clicks wont spin or kick in all way tested it before put in an it wrks so any ideas?

I just bought a 92 Toyota pick up has 22re motor 4x4 2door!  an it wouldn't start just click  pull started it an it started an ran fine! so I bought a new starter an its doing same thing! just clicks the bendix in starter but wont turn over! don't kno it wires off or maybe fuses? really use help tried everything I can think of! if any ideas let me kno thanks!

Check all the wires. I had a car that did the same thing and it was corrosion on the wire that went to the solenoid.

If you haven't resolved the issue yet, put a volt meter on your battery with the engine off. See what it's putting out for volts. You may have a dead cell or the battery is too old to hold a charge.
