2000 Toyota Celica GTS won't start just clicks

2000 Toyota Celica GTS won't start. Just clicks. Put
a new battery in it less than a year ago.  Tried to
jump off  still won't start.

If it still clicks when trying to start, then either there are bad battery connections, bad battery cables, look for corrosion in the wire under the insulation, or the starter may be bad. You would have to take the starter out to be tested. It should be load tested.

Check the starter tap it with a hammer a few times
