1995 celica convertible window

the backseat windows don't line up with the front window, it leaves a gap and
water gets in. Our repair shop tried to fix it but couldn't. any suggestions?

Sounds like the top’s material may have shrunk due to high UV exposure, I would try an upholstery shop that specializes in convertible tops and see what they say. You may have to replace the top.
