If the car was truly not started or cranked at all, then all the crap is in the tank only. Ist off... how do you know about it before hand? Was it all over the ground by the filler neck? Remove all gas and use shop vac to clean remainder. Replace the filter sock over the fuel pump, and consider replacing the fuel pump too with a Toyota or good Toyota replacement (do not use a cheap 3rd party fuel pump as almost none of them work properly). Put all back together with new filter sock and wash up. Relight cigarette or blunt after getting gas at station. Buy flowers for her or call attorney.

Oh, and watch out for static discharge which can also ignight gas vapor.
