harmonic balancer

I have a 1999 Toyota Avalon xls 3.0. Trying to get
harmonic balancer bolt out. Don't have a puller.
What is the easiest way to get it off?

I use an impact wrench if there's clearance or a long offset box end metric wrench. You will need the proper tools so you might want to have this done.
