Why is radiator water gushing back into my holding water tank? On my 91 Toyota 4runner

I have 1991 Toyota 4runer v6 ,my
radiator water is flowing back into
my reserve water tank while running
/also overheating why is this

Means water pump is pushing coolant into radiator, but coolant can't flow back into engine, so it goes the only other place it can, the overflow bottle. Check the radiator for proper flow.

I was driving my 1991 Toyota 4Runner v6 And when I stopped I noticed coolant leak from the reservoir I opened the reservoir and it was completely full of coolant While it’s running I notice a humming noise from the area where water pump is located
