your drains are connected seperatly to each unit. if you are getting water under the dash on the pssenger side of the vehicle and it is not raining, your heater core is leaking. your evaporater unit is on the outside of the vehicle in the engine compartment.

The drain hose for the rear air is located in the drivers side rear wheel well. It is a small rubber hose sticking out maybe an inch. Use a small wooden dowell rod to open it up. If your carpets getting wet, this is most most likely the cause. For the longest, I thought my back lift gate was leaking when it rained and it was rhe rear air not draining all along.
