Creaking tire

I have 2006 cobalt and when you turn the tire back
and forth it makes a creaking sound.

Should have the brakes checked in the rear along with the wheel bearing. May be time to replace the rear brakes, and the wheel bearing, not going know for sure until it is looked at.

May be your ball joints/tie-rods/bushings or other suspension have a shop put it on a rack and try to replicate it while searching for the cause.
