Will my 06 Chevy colbalt run with 1 broken
rocker arm temporarily

It might, but it doesn't sound like a good idea to me. If you've got a broken rocker arm you've probably got other more serious issues with the engine. If its not destroyed already it soon will be if the valves and pistons are colliding with each other like I suspect they may be. Best find the problem and get it fixed first.
