Looking for info on what is needed to replace the components in my vette.  The radio, speakers/amps were replaced and I want the origional setup.

I would suggest if you want original equipment you should find the sheet and see what stereo was installed originally. There was a standard GM stereo used but most had a Bose am/fm cassette/CD unit that is a double din installed. I might be able to help with parts as I am considering going with an aftermarket system to replace my bose unit. Nothing wrong with it I just want IPOD connectivity and perhaps dvd flipout
