NO hot air blowing out when heater is on. NO leaks or honey smell inside car. Possibly the valve or blend door?

NO hot air is blowing out when the heater is on. NO leaks & NO honey
smelling odor inside car. (I had that issue on my 1998 Firebird). Possible
issue with the valve or what? A/C & Defroster both work fine.
