2006 Pontiac Grand Prix has new battery and
stater but will not turn over. If you jump it
from the starter it will start.what could this be

Had similar in a different make & model. Turned out to be a a bad/loose battery connection. Don't remember which one. The bolt was tight, but the connection was still loose on the battery.
