reduced power

I have a 2005 Pontiac Grand prix it has the traction control light and reduced engine power light on I read the codes on it and said throttle pedal positioning sensor replaced it no help replaced throttle body no help tried another ecm still no help relearned ecm still has lights and no power any help out there before I junk it

I agree. Why would you junk it? Why wouldn't you simply find the problem, fix it and continue driving the car? Since you aren't able to find the problem, take it to a repair shop. Spend a few dollars on some professional diagnostics and then a few more fixing the actual problem. At that point you should be good to go.
