Blower Motor has power but wont turn on

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

All of my fuses, relays, brand new resistor, and blower motor all have power to
the motor itself. the switch in the control panel distributes power to the
connector to the blower motor, but when i plug the blower motor to the
connector, the motor wont spin. As i said, the blower motor has power as we
hooked it up to the battery to test it. any suggestions as how to fix it?

If you put power to the blower motor and it won't work you need a new blower motor.

i put power to the motor and it spun when connected gto the battery. i also tested the connectors of the resistor and to the blower motor and both lit up.
