fan blower for eatc-unit is blowing all the time when the car is running,,

it blows to the floor when I start the car and wont turn off,, I push the off switch and it keeps blowing and I can push the other switch and it does change like vent defrost but just wont stop running,, I don't know if its just outside air or a little warm,, what can be wrong with it ,, please help,,, Jeff Morgan

You may have a bad blower control module. That module is located under the hood just to the rear of the passenger side engine cam cover on the firewall. Try to tap on the control module with a screwdriver handle or similar to see if the blower speed changes. This is a very common issue with these cars. Also if you determine that the blower control needs to be replaced you will be better off with a genuine Ford part rather than an aftermarket one.
