Thumping noise from the front end on my 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis

I have had the upper and lower control
arms replaced with the everything
included also the pitman arm my sway
bar bushings shocks brakes pretty
much the whole entire front end. But I
am still having a dull thump noise like
something is hitting and I can't seem to
figure it out do you have any
suggestions what about a wheel
bearing?

Wheel bearings are likely, tires maybe, can you feel anything in the steering wheel? Does it speed up and slow down?
