Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I'm trying to help my grandma sell her car. She unfortunately doesn't have too
much paperwork for it. It also has handicap plates on it.
Can i sell it with the handicap plates? How do I go about changing them if i
need to? Thank you in advance for the guidance!

Check with your DMV office. I am sure you will have to turn them in.
