serpentine belt

Is there anyway to bypass the air-
conditioner compressor with a serpentine
belt The probably had lockdown just
wondering if I could get a smaller belt

It would be difficult to find one that is sized the way you want it but it would work as an interim fix. Just be sure to route the remaining pulleys the right way. If you are not replacing the one that locked up because of cost, get one from a junker so, even if the AC does not work, at least the serpentine would fit and power the other accessories.
