I have my town car at a dealership to fix manifold. Brought the car in at 8 am and called. They first told me it will take 7 hours to do by “their book”. I went on line and it said 1 hour to take off and 2 to put it back on. I called at 3 pm and he still wasn’t done with it. He has been working on other cars at the same time. But I will be charged the 7 hours that the book tells them it will take. The price went up also while on the phone with them. Going to report and blast every site I can and warn them of these crooks.
