How do I determine if the blower motor or the resistor is bad?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Blower started being intermittent for several months, then it would come on max with no fan control. Finally it just quit, and there is no air at all coming through the vents.

if the fan comes on at any speed its more than like be the resister
