Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Power is being correctly directed from the master control and each door
switch is receiving voltage and routing it to the motor.  Seems like the motors
are likely shot.  Any other possible answer?

If power is being sent to the window lift motors then the motors are likely bad. Sometimes a sharp smack with a hammer will make the motor operate again. Don't hit the motor too hard as you could break the glass.
