95 Lincoln Town Car Executive A/C compressor still won't engage unless hot wired, we put new batter, ran test on inside of car with a/c screen it came up code 125? Not real clear on what that means.

Have you had your freon level checked? If it's low the compressor will not come on. This is so you won't burn the compressor up.

Yes the freon was too high so had some discharged we also changed the EATC IN THE DASH AND NOW THE COMPRESSOR COMES IN WHEN IT REACHES 45 psi turns off quickly and back on. Any ideas now?
