Just buy an air suspension retrofit kit if the air suspension is the problem.

Depends on the dimensions of the parts. hot-rodders will mix and match suspension components for all sorts of vehicles to get a certain stance or look, but they generally know the specific dimensions they need. The Lincoln VIII is Ford's "FN10 platform", based on the MN12 platform, so cars based on that platform may provide parts you are looking for, namely the Cougar or Thunderbird of similar years.
