Why dont the interior light come on when i open the lift gate?

I would check to see if the dome light switch (should be one in the rear) is in the "door" position (meaning it will turn on when the door/hatch is open)....Also, check to see if there is a dimmer switch that may be turned all the way down? Aside from that you might have a burnt out dome bulb that needs replacing.

My family owns a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the back seat vents are shooting out cold air and it’s in the winter but there are no rear controls that we can find. Any ideas how to get heat?
