I was told I cannot do an alignment on my vehicle unless I change the power steering box. The front wheels tilt inward... can the tilt be caused by a bad steering gear box?

Just take it to another one or two alignment specialist. As they start to align c if they tell u same thing. Did they explain and SHOW u why? Did it make sence? Do u trust them? Seems odd.

Unless there's lot of play in box from gears wore out and thus hindering a good alignment?
