I have a 1999 GMC Serria 1500 series truck I took out my 305 engine and put in a 350 engine now it wants to stall

I put all most everything new in the motor even a computer and when I did it
runs worst. Please help

I believe it would run some worse since all the computer knows is neutral settings so to speak, and needs time to run its full diagnostics. But seems to be an issue tho. What 350 engine "5.7L" was put in? what year? new or old? The Vortec set-up?
