What heads could i upgrade my 5.7l truck

.202 heads. The ones that are in there are .194 heads. Then a set of headers along with a Holley P/N 502-9 throttle body. Then a chip up-grade.

    I have a 94 gmc sierra 5.7 that won't start. Getting fuel turns over. Hasn't jumped time I changed cap and rotor, plugs, wires, coil, control mod in distributor still won't fire! What am I missing?
