Will transmission from 98 chevy fit and work
in 1990 gmc siera with 350

No since the 98 is OBD2 and your old truck is not. If you can find a stand alone controller for the newer transmission it could work.

I'm looking for the shifter for a 90 GM it's has to be swivel neck if this makes any sense to you
