Is it hArd to change the fuel filter?

Serviced with the fuel pump only, its attached to it. Inside fuel tank, it is a part that doesn't require much maintenance, unless you suspect that it has deteriorated and possible sucked into fuel pump and in that case replace pump too.

I have car chrysler PT Cruiser,2005 I change alr,eady the thermostat and no more overheating,the problem now is in needs change oil, I can’t find oil filter on it.
