What should I do if i put a little more than a half a quart of tramission fluid where my oil goes

I don't think a pint of ATF is going to do much harm. It will probably swell the rubber seals so it might leak a little when you go back to regular oil. In the old days, ATF was a way to slow down leaks. -- You could dump the load of tainted oil and put some fresh stuff in. Keep the ATF/oil for lawn mower use.

nothing...change the oil after a short time...it will also clean the inside assembly.
