My 2002 Ford Taurus is Idle up real high is not circulating in radiator fluid through the engine I don't know what's going on

My 2002 Ford Taurus the radiator is full of
fluid the reservoir is but it's not circulating
through to the engine and so I want to know
what's the problem is the thermostat and if
so if it doesn't get fixed can it crack the
block and if it does crack the block what
happens then

Captain obvious here. Yes you have a blockage or vacuum issue. Stuck thermostat? Clogged radiator or heater core? Collapsing hoses? Weak or weeping water pump? Stuck water valve before the heater core. Non sealing radiator cap? Lots of possibilities. Not to mention blown head gasket

Do not drive until fixed. Yes you will overheat and blow gaskets and or crack block if driven too long.
