does a 1993 ford tempo GL have another cooling fan relay somewhere? If not why the parts houses list a plugin type for it?

my 1993 ford tempo cooling dont come on when tempurture heats up.found ccrm of
course i opened it up then droped onto the shock tower and fried it.just would like to know
if there were another fan relay anywhere else in the car.     (thanks david)
