check that the compressor actually turns on or not and then go from there.

2000 Crown Victoria, I put two cans of 134a in it and the accumulator is cold but it blows out hot air

I have 3 Crown Vics and I'm gonna go with the blend door stuck in the hot position

The easiest and best fix for that is to bypass the blend door: https://www.ebay.com/i/253244442681?chn=ps
