Vehicle is stuck in 4 wheel drive low but
front wheels have no drive.

Check the fluid level in the transfer case. You may have a big problem with the transfer case.

    I put it in 4 low and it make like a grinding noise, I out it in 4high and the sound gets worse. Something to do with my transfer case? Low on fluid? It makes a houling noise
