Monte Carlo ss no heat/ac

My fan control is making a sound but I'm
not getting any air.   I recently had an
aftermarket stereo installed. Harness is
now a mess.  Could it be a loose wire,
because it has usually turned on after 10
minutes or so, but now nothing.

Is the harness in the way of the heater duct doors,or components that move the doors?
