clincking noise when turning right sounds like a tin can and it is for just a few seconds

When turning right the sound it makes is like draging a tin can for 4 seconds I can not find the problem

Someone had told me it could be the starter making the noise that the cam gets loose in the starter. I changed everything else except the CV shaft?
