How much oil should a 1994 Ford Ranger with 80,000 miles use in a month?

It should use almost none if the engine was properly serviced and in good condition. Of course you are talking about a 25 year old vehicle that likely has brittle valve seals. Maybe it will use some oil.

    2019 f150 5.0 at 3500 miles was 1qt low. Went on am 1800 mile trip and had ther oil changed at 5300 miles and was smoother at low. I'm at 7700 miles and 1.5 qts low.
