Will a 2018 Jeep JK soft top fit a 2020 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara?

It depends. if you have a 2018 JK or 2018 JL. If your jeep is a JL, then yes, the soft top will be a direct fit. If you have a JK, then the top will not fit correctly as it was made for the older design. The JK was in production until April 2018; however, the JL wrangler began production November of 2017. There are a couple of sure fire way to tell which model you have. The JL's have push button start, a distinct fender vent on the back of the front fenders, and the JL grill is bulged out slightly and de snot have the JEEP emblem that the JK grills do.
