Toyota Camry brake and tail lights

Did you install the bulbs correctly? are the proper bulbs installed?

Yes they are. Its works if I cut my lights on but not when they are off

Could just be you have daytime running lights, almost all cars do these days. The tail lights are not on during the day even with your daytime headlights on. This is mostly to do with people being able to look in their mirrors and see you coming. The auto on lights will cause all to come on at night.
