when i start car it goes to high idle of 3800 rpm could this be a vacuum or emissions hose routing problem as all were off prior to problem

recently had numerous parts off to be powder coated, put it back together but lost my vacuum and emissions hose key.  may have put some on incorrectly routed. Could this be problem or is there another more plausible solution.

more than likeley a vac leak or more 3800 rpm at idle.did you have throyle body power coated,if so that could be the problem.
