Towable Honda
We tow a Honda CRV and are looking to purchase
another in the future. Unfortunately in our research
with Honda they no longer have towable vehicles.
Will Honda bring back the towable vehicles? There
are many snowbirds out there that tow the CRV.

I hear some are starting to use the KarKaddy 460 SS, Tongue folds and ramps folds and it has autotrac which means it can track along with the rear tires of RV but this is an extra bit of luggage. I have heard Honda does not have a 4-down tow any more. Actually 2012 I think was the last CR-V. Some other makes by Chevy & GMC will be here but they are so heavy. The Jeep Patriot 2WD & Jeep compass 4wd are SUV's and between 3200-3400lbs but have to be a manual trans for 4-down. Its slim pickings for light SUV.

And all so called 4-down Nissan's have to started up to oil the trans every so often to keep it from wearing out so in my book they are not really 4-down and will give out over time.
