unless you have money to blow on a engine up grade i would use the bottle.

Seriously, as I suggested before, check out some of the Small Block Chevy building mags. They are getting up to 750HP out of stock 350 blocks with mods.
Go to your local library and see if they maybe have a subscription to Car Craft Magazine. Look through the archives. Every month or so they have a featured build up and tell you exactly what parts, how much, and what kind of power everything yielded. I'll try to find some of my old ones and see what they have.
