i just changed the fuel pump and filter. it still wont start. i checked all relays they are good. the pump does kick on and there is pressure to the fuel rail.it will turn over with starting fluid.

Im a car noob I know nothing about them. But, I thought it was the battery but it's not that. It could be the starter, it could be my carbonater however that is spelled. Please Help!!!!
